Project Type: Creative Collaboration Workshop
Assignment: After an impressive period of growth and innovation, method hired Juice to help evolve and formalize their culture of collaboration and creativity as the organization grew from start up to mid size company.
Approach: Juice conducted a detailed situation assessment interviewing all members of the executive team to identify work style issues. As a result, Juice helped method define a vision for the executive team's working style and designed a one-day offsite to develop creative and collaborative skills required to live up to the vision.
Kristina and the Juice team provided us with rare and rich insights on our executive team dynamics, individual behaviors and opportunities for creative and collaborative process improvements. The initial briefing and interviews with team members prior to the workshop provided a rare opportunity to download enthusiasm, frustrations and opportunities to improve working relationships. The workshop itself was a high-energy day. The exercises proved highly insightful, and helped the team understand what it meant in practice to be truly creative and collaborative. The debrief from Kristina proved amazingly insightful. It's remarkable how she can derive in 2 weeks greater insight into the behavioral patterns of team members with whom I've been working for 3 years.
