Kristina and Jo have been performing and teaching improvisation together for over 15 years. Their collective experiences on stage and in boardrooms gives them a unique and rare opportunity to pull the best from the business and performance worlds to create one of a kind workshops that enlighten, entertain and most importantly produce results.
We work with all kinds of creative powerhouses from brand research superstars to Cirque du Soleil performers to assemble the best team for the task at hand.
Kristina Robbins, Founder
Kristina has worked as a management consultant to Fortune 500 clients for over 15 years. Concurrently, she studied and performed improvisational theatre and concluded that the principals of improv were identical to those practiced by the most innovative business people. From that realization, Kristina formed Juice to help organizations maximize their creative and collaborative potential by embracing the principals of improvisation.
Kristina is also a documentary filmmaker and partner in the Department of Expansion, which specializes in documentaries to increase social engagement around critical issues. Her films have won awards from AUDI, ITVS, LUNA and have aired on PBS, A&E and LONELY PLANET.TV

Jo McGinley, Founding Partner
Jo has been bringing the art of improvisation into all walks of life for over 20 years. She has helped Disney Stores develop a playful approach to customer service, artists collaborate with peers and present their work to galleries and MBA students and corporate clients translate improv fundamentals into efficient and creative work processes. Across all types of projects and clients, Jo has been passionate in her mission to de-mystify the world of improv and bring all manner of people back to where creativity and passion are born...in the wonderful world of play.
Jo's current home of improvisation is in Los Angeles at Impro Theatre where she teaches and performs regularly in the Company's Unscripted Plays & Films. She will be directing Twilight Zone Unscripted at Northcoast Repertory Theatre and the Pasadena Playhouse this fall.
