Assignment: Develop improvisational exercises to assist a cross functional executive team in a brand reinvention workshop.

Approach: Assisted brand planners in designing an improv workshop aimed at helping executives think outside their traditional knowledge of the brand and category to chart a new course for the company.

Curious hired Kristina to help manage a three-day discussion among a group of high-level managers who confessed to being deeply divided and generally unable to innovate their way out of their company's disappointing performance. Kristina inspired in them the type of behavior that allows good companies to become great companies. By the end of three days, our clients had surprised themselves with the quantity and quality of their innovative problem-solving and, better still, their renewed respect for one another. To say the off-site went extremely well is an understatement. To say we could have done it without Kristina is unimaginable.
